(March 14, 2020, 12:41 am)Young, friendly staff. Most clothes are for 20-30 somethings, but I have been pleased with the many items I have purchased. Clothing is reasonably priced. Very friendly, knowledgeable owner who's up to date on all the latest trends.

(December 3, 2019, 11:36 am)SO, I almost let the negative reviews keep me from giving September & Co. a shot since it is a 30 minute drive from my house. I'm so glad that I DIDN'T! My friend and I went on a boutique crawl with September & Co. staff and a group of other ladies and we had a blast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. Hannah is HILARIOUS. We really just had the best time.
When we shopped September and Co., the store itself was clean and well stocked. It was also well staffed with employees who truly know their products. I also witnessed customers frequently asking the staff for fashion advice - so they clearly know what they're doing and have customers who trust them! I also lived the diverse customer base inside the store - there is truly something for everyone. The complimentary coffee bar is enough to make me want to stop in for a purchase!
So in short, GO IN AND FORM YOUR OWN OPINION ABOUT SEPTEMBER & CO.! If you shop their FB group sales, read their pinned post! They cover all policies in the post to avoid customer disappointment! I don't shop in the FB group because I read the pinned post and it's just not for me. I can't be upset about a store's policies when I don't have to shop there, if you don't agree with their policies, no big deal - still give the storefront a try! And no, I don't know any of the staff personally and am receiving absolutely nothing for posting this review. I'm just a former skeptic who was truly impressed by this boutique over the weekend. -

(July 16, 2019, 3:04 pm)I’m not sure why September & Co. got negative reviews. Clothes are cute, quality-price ratio is great, and everybody who was working while I went in was really nice. I prefer to shop for clothes in-store so I didn’t order online, but I had a great experience.
