Don’t let its Brier Creek strip mall location fool you: Azitra is one of the best Indian restaurants in the Triangle. Strength is in Northern Indian dishes.
It's were I go to have a great environment and enjoy the people I am with. It is wonderful every time I go and I have been going for over a decade.
A place to have a good dinner or celebrate an occasion. I go here for birthdays as often as possible. The people are great. They take what they are doing seriously. Go and see what I am saying.
Food is better than sex. But very expensive for the quantity of food in the main dishes. Best Naan I've ever had was at this restaurant. Soft & from those wood ovens. They charge u extra to order Naan. Doesn't come with dishes like some Indian spots. But is so worth it! Their green sauce is yummy. Reminds me of Salsa Verde in Mexican food.
This was some of the most amazing food I have had in I don’t know how long. Everything was incredibly delicious with full, deep flavors. We got a (sweet, creamy) chicken and a (very spicy) lamb meal that both came with plenty of sauce and white rice - we were absolutely blown away! Both meals were absurdly well-seasoned and layered. The menu has great variety, so everyone could find something that would appeal to them to them. Even the mixed drinks had plenty of seasoning and a great use of herbs. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. I couldn’t come up with a compliant if I had to. We are only in town for a couple of days and are still considering going back again for dinner tomorrow
