(February 7, 2022, 1:51 pm)Only have been here for lunch, but Umami is fast becoming my favorite Brier Creek lunch spot. $11 for (very tasty) hibachi chicken... just a few cents more than other fast food hibachi places (and cooked in front of you, which can be fun). Typically in and out in under 45 minutes.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating, so I'm a fan. -

(January 16, 2022, 6:31 pm)Great Hibachi experience! Staff was friendly, specially our chef!!! Food had very good taste (compared with other hibachi grill in the area) and good portion for their price. They take a bit to get your order in and we had one sushi roll we ordered and never got (didn't get charged) but I think was for the best as we had too much food from the Hibachi. I recommend the imperial dinner for two with the filet mignon. Once chef comes out to cook food is served pretty fast. Definitely highly recommend it and I'll be back!
