Signature Family Dentistry

My family of 6 has been seeing SFD since 2020. We have always had a pleasant experience with all of their staff members. The front desk is always smiling and excited to see us. If I ever have any questions about our treatment plans, they're more than happy to help. I would recommend this dental office to anyone, especially families with multiple kids. They're great!

I have never had such a great customer service experience at a dentist before! Dr. Franklin was extremely professional and knowledgeable, took time to thoroughly explain everything to me, and was realistic in terms of recommending expensive treatments. Her staff was also polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending SFD to my entire family!

My husband and I are new to the area and went in for a cleaning and exam yesterday. We have had this appointment booked for several months. Unfortunately we got off to a bit of a rocky start with the ladies at the front desk, who were less than friendly or about the fact that we did not complete the new patient paperwork prior to arrival. We were unfortunately not made aware of this requirement until very shortly before our appointment, at which point we were already on our way. We arrived 10 minutes early and were met with very dismissive and irritated attitudes from 2 of the ladies which made us both feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. If we hadn’t pushed for them to allow us to fill out the paperwork right there (they didn’t think we would be able to finish in time) we believe they would have made us reschedule all together. My husband and I luckily both completed the paperwork within 5 minutes so we were able to be seen, but there really was no kindness or understanding shown from the ladies which was a bit disappointing.
However! All of that failed to matter anymore once we went back and met the amazing dental hygienists and dentist. The care we received was above and beyond. Everyone was so knowledgeable and personable, it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist appointment. We even had great conversations and it was truly an enjoyable appointment. We will absolutely be going back and would recommend them to anyone, just make sure you fill out your paperwork before arriving ;)

This is Dan’s wife, Valerie :). I had such a pleasant visit today at Signature Family Dentistry in Holly Springs. It started off with the friendliest smile and conversation from the sweet lady that checked me in. Then it moved to the dental assistant that stayed with me throughout my appointment (Brianna)!! I could not have asked for a more pleasant and congenial helper during my time there. She was easy to talk to and made the whole appointment very comfortable. I would LOVE to have her at my next appointment. Dr. Walker was the dentist at the practice that day and he was terrific as well. Very accommodating and wanted to make me as comfortable as possible. Overall, I give them an 11 out of 10! Great Job SFD!!!

Very professional, informative and courteous. This office is amongst the very best dental groups I’ve dealt with (I’ve dealt with many over my 63 years). Their charges are very reasonable as well.
Keep up the quality work ladies and you’ll have my business as long as I live in the area!
