Back in Action Physical Therapy

In a couple of weeks doing the exercises, my entire pain had gone. I plan to keep doing them from time to time to prevent a re-occurrence. Thank you so very much Caroline!

I needed a therapist to rehab and recover from rotator cuff surgery. I chose Back in Action and as luck would have it my appointment was with Kurt. For the next 12 plus weeks, twice a week he helped me regain range of motion and strength. He is extremely knowledgeable and consistent with his treatment. He has this sixth sense about when he needs to just redirect you and help you through your anxiety regarding the pain. Never judges your concerns no matter how silly they may seem. He’s an encourager. He has a terrific sense of humor and knows exactly when to use it. I’ve been to a number of therapists in the past and Kurt is definitely one of the best. The clinic in Holly Springs is clean and well equipped and any other staff I interacted with were professional and kind.

Laura is absolutely amazing! I have always had knee problems and my dad goes to her for his back and said she really knows her stuff! She truly helped me so much and is a people person that makes you feel comfortable and push yourself to reach a full recovery! Aside from being a great PT, she is always joyful and cares about her patience wellbeing even outside of therapy. She will always have a special place in my life for being so kind and helping me recover.

My experience with Back In Holly Springs was excellent. Sean was very kind, personable and he worked with me very patiently. Office is super clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone to go to BIA.

I've had 4 appointments at Back In Action Physical Therapy so far. My therapist is Kurt, who is excellent. His many years of experience really shows, as he is very good at what he does. Not only is he skilled at physical therapy, but he maintains an excellent rapport with his patients. Kurt has a very good sense of humor, which he employs to defuse anxiety in patients who are fearful and hurting. He is very encouraging as he gently pushes you to go a little farther and do a little more. He is very personable and conversational, and puts his patients at ease right away. Kurt is also a good listener, and always allows you to express how you're feeling. He celebrates your victories in therapy, no matter how small. I'm very happy that I'm one of Kurt's patients, and would recommend him to anyone needing any kind of physical therapy.
