I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott Weber, sales department and he was extremely knowledgeable about everything. I can't believe I got to actually talk to a HUMAN and it was a wonderful experience for a new customer. He was professional and kind. Abbie made it easy for me. The technician was very helpful and informative about how to use the new chairlift. Nice person.
Also, the price was right with no hard core bait and switch tactics like some of the bother companies I consulted. Just hope everything works properly now without issues. That will be the ultimate 100% satisfaction I desired.

My parents ordered a Rave 2 for self install. Our representative was Brittany Puckett and she was wonderful! There were a few hiccups along the way but she handled everything for us and made sure all was well. We were able to install the Rave 2 successfully in only a few hours! Now mom is much safer & able to access the kitchen more thanks to Ameriglide.
