  I loved buying my car here, Tim is very kind and professional. I went to see a car I was interested in and the dealer was closed but I called him and he came and opened real quick so I could test the car. Couldn’t have been nicer. I purchased the VW Beetle 4 days after
  and all the documents where ready and went out the dealer real happy with my Beetle 😍

  I bought a car from this dealership because they had the cheapest Toyota 4runner 4x4 limited 2012 in the nation. I’ve had it now for eight months no problems whatsoever six months into owning the car. I realize I didn’t have the title so I couldn’t renew my tag and I live in Florida I contacted Tim and Tim was able to go to the DMV and mail me my title within a couple weeks he save me from a lot of headache and a lot of money for my own fault can’t thank them enough for the patience and hospitality. -Florida Man😂

  We bought a truck from D45 and we were very impressed with how easy it was. We came to look at a truck as the dealer was closing. He stayed late so we could test drive it. Couldn't have been nicer. We purchased the truck 2 days later and did all the financing online from home. We got to the office and everything was ready. We signed a few closing documents and we had the keys 5 minutes later. It was the smoothest car buying process ever and he gave us a very fair price. I would highly recommend this dealer and will be using him again in the future for any car purchase.

  Tim and Andrew are the best, and were the answer that my wife and I needed.
  
  When I retired from the U.S. Army in 2017, I bought my wife a brand new 2017 Ford Explorer Limited with only 9 miles on it at the day of purchase. We loved the vehicle with the exception that it had no sunroof (my fatherly call on that, and I heard about my poor judgment frequently) lol!! Well to say less, almost three months ago, it was diagnosed with a bad head gasket, which was covered by our extended warranty. The lack of expedited shipping of parts needed to fix our Explorer, which was located at a highly reputable dealer, had us worried that we would be without transportation when my wife’s new federal job starts!! Needless to say we waited almost to the last minute to pursue the purchasing of a car.
  
  The wife found a 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 late on a Saturday night and when we awoke, we were steadfast to D45. The Internet price was very fair and the pictures supporting the ad on Auto Trader, greatly appealed to us. We showed up unexpectedly and were professionally greeted by Andrew and Tim like we booked an appointment. I cut straight to the chase, and expressed our interest in the Mercedes and after just a short 10-minute conversation and exchange of info; we were on a test drive. It seemed too good to be true, being rendered a high status of service that is most definitely deserving, but never received by other local dealers. Although the buying experience was fun, with occasionally laughs, no lines were crossed and the highest echelon of professionalism was seemingly the epitome of their daily routine.
  
  We loved the 2013 Mercedes Benz E350 at first sight and fell deeply in love after just a short 30-minute test drive. The vehicle was used by D45, traveling back and forth to Charlotte and Winston Salem for business. This pleased the wife and I that the vehicle was used and wasn’t a parking lot pony for months on end. Drew said, “ every time I find a comfortable car to travel in that is great on fuel, I don’t have it for long because someone always buys them!” My response was, “ well I guess you need to drive them all.” Because of it being a driven daily although clean to the normal eye, they washed and detailed the car while the wife, kid and I had lunch. From start to finish including the hour lunch break, we were in and out in about 3 hours!!! The process was sooooooo painless!!! Everything happened so quickly yet smooth!! I’m not supposed to tell, but I even got a complimentary gift!!
  
  It’s always a pleasure to be rendered excellent customer service, and to be among prior Military!! I will definitely purchase more vehicles from D45, and I have already shared our positive experience with family and friends. I hope that D45’s blessing of prosperity, professionalism, humility, and devotion continues because the whole car buying experience was a blessing to my family and I.
