Ms. Sheila has a very warm personality. Dr. Dillard was very knowledgeable about my x-ray. Dr.Dillard made sure I understood my x-rays and was also open to any questions that I wanted him to address. I will refer everyone to Wake Cross Roads Dentistry for their dental needs. #I’m very happy.!!!

(July 4, 2022, 6:52 pm)Dr. Dillard, and his receptionist are both very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Dillard does everything himself, from cleaning your teeth to filling them. He only has one patient at a time, therefore I never need to wait more than 5 minutes in the lobby. He is very knowledgeable, does great work and gives good treatment options. Good customer service + good quality work = satisfied and returning patients. 😊

(March 22, 2022, 10:26 am)I've switched dentists a few times over the last decade because it seems they each cared more about billing (and did so improperly a few times) than the health of my teeth. After reading so many rave reviews about Dr. Dillard (and with his office being so close by), I thought I would give him a try. And it looks like I made the right choice! He was able to identify issues all the previous dentists caused/ignored (without my pointing them out might I add), walking me through my x-ray from point A to Z. He's funny, thorough, inquisitive, and made me feel extremely comfortable during my entire visit. I didn't feel rushed, and he only recommended a treatment plan that would best for me long term (and not 4 unnecessary plans at once). Very impressed!
