Michael was very knowledgeable about our Herschede Grandfather clock. His price was more than fair. He was very clear in his instructions on how to set the clock back up once I got it home. Many miles and days later, we were able to set the clock with no trouble. Michael had also given me an instruction sheet that he had done for someone else that proved to be very helpful. He was willing to have us call him if we did have any trouble. Very friendly service! I would highly recommend taking your clock there!
