It has been a pleasurable experience working with GA White from start to finish.
I am 42 years old, who has had a stroke, as soon as we met the architect, he went straight to work designing my house from the ground up with my handicap in mind, lots of time and thought went into designing this house while making sure of my safety and independence.
We were instructed to go to various places to pick out fixtures, cabinets, every step of the way was a breeze.
As stressful as that can be, there was always an associate there who had the specs on the house, they knew exactly what was needed and the sizes. The best part was after you told them your style, they knew exactly where to direct us.
We knew what the quality would be with a GA White house, but the value we received exceed our expectations.

This was our first custom built home and when we initially met with Coleman and our architect we only had general design ideas. They listened intently to our vision, our specific needs and our requests, resulting in a uniquely designed home that is perfect for us.
Coleman, Chad and Shawn were professional, thorough and courteous throughout the entire build. Coleman spaced out the decision-making process so we were not overwhelmed. His knowledge, consistent communication, and attention to detail during each segment made the process seamless. Shawn’s ability assist with design and make suggestions that stayed within our vision was impeccable. Chad was present every step of the way to ensure that all aspects of the construction process were executed to perfection. He took ownership, lessened our anxiety, and was personally involved throughout the build. We felt the attention he devoted to our home was similar to the attention he would give to building his own home. The product merchants were accommodating and knowledgeable, and the numerous contractors were professional, skilled and took great pride in their work.
G.A. White is focused on building high quality homes, attending to the smallest details and taking a personal interest in meeting the homeowners’ needs.

Our home building experience with GA White was excellent. Working with Chad and Coleman was a true pleasure. Their professionalism and creativity helped us create our dream home. G.A. White in my opinion is one the most premiere homebuilders. The process of building with them is absolutely seamless. Chad leaves no detail unturned. His professionalism and the process of building a new home is unmatched. From start to finish it is amazing to see how our come new home came together. I love their family business dynamic too.
