Iron Sharpens Iron

If you’ve never been to a personal trainer, I suggest you go to Iron Sharpens Iron. Nichole and Josh are amazing to work with and they trailer a workout to your current needs. I look forward to going in at 6 am twice a week and I leave feeling accomplished, happy, & ready for the day. I never thought I would say this but I have a blast doing my workouts.

Josh and Nicole have been so great to work with. They take the time to listen to you and understand your goals. They push you in an encouraging way to help you achieve those goals. They genuinely care about their clients and make you feel welcome!

From day one that I started training with Nicole she has made me feel so comfortable. She’s helped me in more ways then just losing weight. She agrees and teaches that this is all a lifestyle change and she has helped me with all those changes. Nicole is wonderful with scheduling and even when you have questions outside of the gym she responds! The gym is always clean and the one on one training sessions you get are completely made by nicole to benefit you! I would 100% recommend them to anyone!

I would highly recommend this gym and Nicole! Working through injury and chronic pain, Nicole has been patient on challenging days and pushes on the good days. She listens and can quickly adjust workouts as needed and not only helps build muscle, but confidence as well. If you are looking to train/learn with a someone who truly cares about your personnel wellness needs and goals, Nicole is the person to go to!

The gym is very clean, organized and private. Prior to working with Nicole I had no weight lifting experience but that didn't matter. From the moment I met Nicole she has made me feel comfortable and confident. She answers all my questions and addresses any concerns I may have. She takes the time to get to know you so she can set you up for success.. I would recommend Nicole to anyone that's looking for a PT.
