    I have been working with Shauna at Body Fix now for 7 months. She is changing me and changing my life. I have not worked with many trainers in my life but I don't think a better one could exist. Hard to find time on her schedule, but if you need help, regardless of any pre-existing issue that you think will hold you back - come here.
