Rainbow Muffler and Brake – Willoughby

I dealt with David and Bob. They were both excellent and very professional. I came here for a second opinion because another national chain told me I needed front brakes. David informed me that my front brakes do not need replaced at this time despite what I was told by another company. They took the time to show me my vehicle and show me that I had plenty of front brake pad left. This facility is clearly very honest and professional. Thank you so much rainbow! I am now a lifelong customer going forward

I have found the place to my Subaru service. BOB IS GREAT as service manager. He is honest and I saw him interact with a female customer service he took the time to explain his work to her thumbs-up 👍

The person up front was very nice. Work was done quickly, but I had an easy fix this time. Prices are reasonable. Music that was playing was not my style, but.... . FYI - It is best to pay with cash if you have it. They do charge 4% for credit card payments. Will definitely go back when I need to.
