This was our first time buying a travel trailer. Walt, Kevin, Jim (service) and even the parts guy (didn’t his name) were very informative and knowledgeable. Great experience and defiantly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim's Trailer Sales and RV Inc., they are, by far, the best RV dealership in Ohio. I bought my first two RV's from "big box dealerships" and my third I bought from JTS. The differences between the dealerships is astronomical !!! Jim's Trailer Sales has the best prices on their inventory than anyone around, and the service department is outstanding. What an RV buyer needs to know is what kind of service and support you will receive, after you make the purchase. At JTS RV Inc. you become family, you will have no worries when it comes to service and keeping your RV in top form. You actually get to know all the folks there, and it's just an amazing experience. The experiences I had at the "big box dealerships" were awful, they forgot who I was after I signed on the dotted line !!! Sometimes I'd have to wait weeks to get my RV serviced and back home. Not so at JTS RV Inc., anytime I need service, or have questions, they are there for me...Jimmy, Adrianna, Paul, Cory, Matt and a whole list of other superstars are professionals who literally have become my family. My only regret is that I didn't buy my first two RV's from JTS, I should have gone to them from the start. JTS RV Inc. is truely a FIVE STAR Operation.

This was our first time buying a travel trailer. Jim's Trailer Sales did an excellent job in working with us. They did not pressure us into buying a trailer, if we wanted to look at another floorplan they were eager to show us one. They answered all of our questions and were very professional. We took over three weeks deciding if a camper would be the right fit for our family. CiCi was our salesperson and did an excellent job making us comfortable understanding what it means to own a travel trailer. The service department did an excellent job with the walkthrough and James took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable hooking the trailer up to my truck. We would defiantly recommend this dealership to our friends and family.

Inspected our Jayco 25RB on Friday. Jim's Trailer Sales were great! The trailer was in perfect condition & the few manufacturer issues had been identified and corrected before we arrived. They were great throughout the sales process! We ordered in June, it arrived in Oct, and they held it until we were ready in Feb. Great price too!

My wife Paula and I would like to sincerely thank Jim’s Trailer Sales for guiding us through our recent Travel Trailer purchase. We found a 2017 Forest River Surveyor 201rbs on their lot which was very gently used and appealed to our taste and needs. Newly retired and traveling with our dog Paisley will now be a very rewarding experience. Our special Thanks go to Jerry for his very special orientation session with us. Jerry patiently answered all of our immediate questions and with his thorough explanation of the RVs components and features, covered everything we needed to know. It will be fun and challenging to put our new found knowledge to use while enjoying camping. We are not new campers and experienced with 2 previous pop ups. This, however is a bit more. We highly recommend JTS to anyone for their knowledge and are very happy to be “part of the family” as Jerry told us so many times.
