The Parts department is amazing. Well priced. Walk in looking for something and leave with the parts and confidence it's of quality. Great on the phone and in person customer service. Definitely will always be our RV supply store when in Ohio.

We purchased our first trailer in October from Moore's RV. Gabe did a great job helping us find the right "fit." The service department was a tremendous asset in getting the brake equipment installed properly. David, the business manager, was instrumental in getting our financing worked out and helping us with the details of the purchase. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend anyone to purchase an RV from Moore's. So thankful we did!!

Seasoned camper here....since 2002, in Alaska when I was in the USAF and had two Class A motorhomes throughout the years. I visited other dealers and spent hours researching, YouTube, etc. and even contacted a dealer that after giving a price wanted to add other "fees" that would have skyrocketed the purchase for thousands... Yet, as soon as I walked into this dealer I felt a cozy ambiance, friendly AND honest faces and although a good size dealer and shop, still familiar and small enough to be personal. Matt was wonderful, down to Earth, and one of those guys you can tell are good within seconds after you meet. No hesitation on information or prices, he gave me the out the door price, tax and everything in all units I was interested. The finance department is excellent too, no push, no coercion, they treated me just as good even after I mentioned I had a letter of credit from my bank. Very pleasant experience....even perused my truck and equipment to make sure I was buying the one size well under the towing capacity so it was safe. And, warned me of other changes (towing vehicle or hitch, etc.) I would need if I chose a bigger rig. Their honesty and clean demeanor made me their customer, and I was not easy, I kept changing my mind in my selections...
This is probably the tenth review I write in my life and never thought it would be for a dealer, ha! but I cannot ignore how well they behaved and it would be unfair not paying it back with a well earned good review.
