(September 17, 2018, 10:56 am)My mom had severe dementia, and was at the Wolf Creek skilled nursing facility for nearly 5 years. I never doubted that she was in good hands. The staff was very friendly, patient, and compassionate, which can be very difficult when caring for patients with dementia. Her room and bathroom were always clean, as were her sheets and bedding. Any concerns our family had during her 5-year stay had were quickly acknowledged and addressed. I never felt like mom was invisible; she was lovingly cared for, even though she could be difficult at times. When mom qualified for hospice care, the Wolf Creek staff worked hand-in-hand with hospice workers to ensure mom was comfortable until she passed.
