We had a gazebo, paver patio and grill island built around our pool by Tab and the structures came out great. They are good people to work with and stand behind their work. As with any custom project we had some obstacles along the way but they always had a solution. Trace is a great trustworthy guy that really cares about the customer and is very responsive. Dan and the crew also made sure we were happy with everything along the way and answered and addressed any questions or tweaks we made during construction. All in all our structures turned out great and Trace made sure we were completely happy with everything. I'd definitely recommend Tab for any projects around the house outside or inside.

Outstanding! We could not be more happier with how our project turned out. Tab Property Enhancement exceeded our expectations. When I called Trace to discuss what we were looking to have done he was on it that day. We told him what we were looking for and asked him to elaborate on our idea. He not only did that, but created a completely new concept and design we had no idea was even an option for us. Within a few days, we had a beautiful rendering and plan in place. When we had questions or needed to change anything, it was smooth and done like that. Service was done in December and the team was extremely professional, organized, on-time and hard working. The materials used in the project are high quality and everything is so solid and sturdy. The project was completed in about a week and half or so. After the crew was done, they power washed and cleaned up everything in the yard and driveway. I highly recommend TAB because of the complete professionalism from start to finish. We will be doing more projects in the future with TAB.

We contracted Tab Property Enhancement to build a three-season room and paver patio. While the project underwent numerous delays to its start due to weather and a lot of other project commitments Trace had made, he did well at communicating the status to us and our other clients. And the work was well worth the wait. Trace puts an emphasis on high quality work and it's clear that he does not take shortcuts. His team is competent and professional and very responsive to questions and concerns. We are thrilled with the outcome, it turned out even better than we had envisioned, and feel that their work has really transformed our property. We would not hesitate to hire Tab Property Enhancement for further projects.

Phenomenal Job! My wife and I are spell bound by the improvement Tab Property Enhancement has made to our outdoor living space. We now have an extremely well constructed patio made from three different types and color pavers, a beautiful white vinyl overhead pergola and gorgeous landscaping and accent lighting (for the evenings). We can't stop looking at out new patio and landscaping; we are totally satisfied. Tab sent 6 workmen (4 some days), all highly skilled and professional. They really knew what they were doing. On top of that, they were all very courteous, fun to be around, patient with my many questions, and cleaned up at the end of each day. And, we never heard a swear word out of any of them throughout the 6-day project. Tab recommended that we add some decking (AZEK) immediately outside our sliding back doors so we can carry food, drinks, etc. out onto a level surface before having to go down steps to the patio - - as we had to do over the past 25 years. That was treacherous; Tab had a great idea. Finally, the landscaping and accent lighting added at the conclusion of the job is really classy. We now feel like we live in a resort area. We are going to love our back yard. At the start of the project, we got three bids including Tab's. We chose Tab based on a referral from a close friend that manages the property for a condominium complex. Tab had done some some excellent enhancement work for that complex - which we went to see before finally selecting them. We have no complaints what so ever. The owner, Trace Baum, is easy to work with, reach, and responds to questions promptly.

I am not a big fan of writing reviews, but after getting so many compliments from my neighbors, I decided I had to. Trace and his team are the most professional landscape company I have ever hired from the first phone call to checking up on how happy we are ONE YEAR AFTER they completed the work for us. My wife and I purchased a new home and wanted to have a large backyard paver patio, fireplace, seating wall and landscape installed. After reading all the reviews on Angie's List, I reached out to 3 local companies, TAB being one of them. I received an immediate call from Trace. He came out to my house the next day and spent a lot of time understanding what my wife and I wanted done as well as providing us with his opinion on how to complete our thoughts! After receiving a color, no cost drawing of what Trace proposed, we compared it to the other 2 estimates and decided to go with Tab. We called to try to negotiate with Trace because he was not the highest estimate, but he was not the lowest. He was so thorough in his explanation of why he was charging what he was charging that we decided to move forward. His team showed up as planned and left our home cleaned up each day of the 7 day project. They were very respectful of our neighbors the entire time. The finished result....PERFECT! I have never received so many compliments from people driving by and neighbors wanting to know who I used. There is simply no other landscape company I will ever use. If you are not using Tab Property Enhancement for your project, good luck with the results. The most amazing part to me, as a business professional, is almost exactly ONE YEAR after Trace and his team completed my project he called me to say hello and make sure we were still happy with our backyard.....ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! What a great company.
