Highly recommend Matt Neil for all of your jewelry needs! He was so helpful with designing a custom ring that I had been thinking about for a good time now!

I was in the store at the beginning of October. An associate Katie helped me. She was outstanding with helping me pick out the perfect necklace for my grandmother. She listened to what I wanted rather than try to just sell an item. My grandmother loves the necklace! Definitely will return for future purchases!!!

In April of 2022 I wrote a Facebook review stating how much I loved the sincere customer service at Wadsworth Kay Jewelers. Alyssa, their Assistant Manager, had my chain damaged out and replaced so I wouldn't have to keep having it sent out and ultimately risking losing my mother's pendant (who passed away in Feb 2015). It meant the world to me. A few months later I was hired in because I loved the interaction so much I decided "I want to work for this company and make that difference to people".

The staff at this location is so helpful and great at explaining things. I needed to choose a new setting for my engagement ring and they were very helpful in helping me select one within my allotted price and one that would pair well with my wedding band.

It’s so convenient to not have to drive to the mall and look for parking as well! Great location!

My Fiancé and I thought we were going on a normal jewelry store trip; walking in and immediately being bombarded by bloodthirsty sales representatives, cheesy omnipresent elevator music looming overhead, bright blinding LED lights illuminating everything in sight, etc. It was anything but. At this Kay location, this LoKAYtion if you will, you will only find the finest, most natural salesmen working the floor. These two young men, Amin and Eric, seemingly somehow physically lift the pressure off of your shoulders of purchasing a piece of jewelry and everything that the experience entails. I can’t stress enough how I felt like I was talking to a couple of old friends while deliberating over what to buy. These two are NOT going to just throw the most expensive pieces in the store at you while hiding away the most sensible options. They just aren’t those types of people to begin with. “I wake up and look at myself in the mirror and say ‘I’m going to make people happy today’” said Amin at one point. That really resonated with me. I felt so at ease talking to these two, I found myself joking with them, telling them about my personal life, even taking this picture below. Mind you I had just met them 45 minutes beforehand. My fiancé and I were originally just going to get our wedding bands, but Amin and Eric were so damn smooth, we also got earrings and a necklace to match my fiancé’s wedding dress, and I put a ton of other pieces in my wishlist on my Kay account. I just can’t say enough about my experience here at the Wadsworth Kay Jewelers, and it was really because of Amin and Eric and their ability to just talk to you as a person and not a wallet, and make you feel comfortable. If I could give this place 6 stars like GTA, I would, but a 5/5 experience will suffice. Thank you Amin and Eric, I will definitely be back.
