Verizon Authorized Retailer - Victra

I’ve never had a better experience at a Verizon store. Nate was beyond helpful; he was thorough in explaining our family plan and made sure my devices were set up properly before leaving the store. He was very pleasant to work with, friendly, and overall went above and beyond to set me up for success. I’d highly recommend working with Nate at Wadsworth crossing Verizon.

I stopped in and worked with the tall blonde kid first with a charging issue, he didn't do anything to fix my phone and sent me on my way. I had to stop back 2 hours later. I worked with Adam the second time and he was wonderful. He helped me get a new phone, set up my device, get all my icons in the right places. I recommend seeing Adam.

We came in Saturday to exchange my husband's phone & get the one he actually wanted & was told they had to order it. Fast forward 2 days (today 2/14) & my husband comes in this afternoon to exchange and get his new phone & was told he would have to wait 2 more days until a manager was there to do it (we only had one day left under the 30 day return policy. So whoever he talked with was absolutely trying to get over on us... grimey human.. But i absolutely knew this was false info after calling Verizon directly. So I went in the store this evening & drew w is the name on my receipt & he did everything that should've been done hours ago. So 5 STARS FOR DREW ONLY!!! he was phenomenal & deserves all the rewards of being so customer friendly!! If the other guy is ever working we never step foot in this store again!

I needed to get a new cell phone on New Year's Day, and Adam was absolutely fantastic! Before getting there, he had spoken to me, texted me the information I needed, arranged for the time that I could come in to pick up the phone, etc.

He really goes above and beyond. And completely understands customer service. I would highly recommend visiting this branch and speaking to him to get the best service and recommendations.
