Mike is extremely patient, I never felt worried on unnecessary costs/repairs, and most importantly, a professional - who facilities car service process. The service process was at ease. My complaint was responded to quite quickly after my post (I've removed it). I think there is room for improvement, but the manager did his best to listen to my concerns and that means a lot. I can deal with people who take responsibility. Love my Q8 - people ask me about it all the time.
