John was very responsive and respectful. I appreciate his positive attitude and quick service.
I had a great experience moving in! The team here is responsive and helpful. I love it here so far!
All the management people were wonderful. We did have a few maintenance issues. The bathtub had a little section that the white came off. We keep letting maintenance know, however it was never fixed. We had problems with the crew who cut our grass. They always missed around the trees. They cut flowers down before they needed it. We also had to ask people to move their cars that were blocking our cars that were in our driveway. I think the main reason why we left was there was hardly any light in our unite. And the end unite should have a side window. End unites on Watermill Place did. Also we had a house built and didn't get finished in time. And we had to pay $500.00 extra for 3 months. We always paid on time. With this economy and high gasoline you would think that 500 would be waved.
Redwood Marysville is a very nice apartment complex. We lived there for a year before purchasing our home. The employees are very friendly and the complex is VERY pet friendly. That is ultimately why we decided to call them home for a year! If you are bothered by hearing barking or being around pets, this place is not for you. We were unlucky with our neighbors who were not understanding whatsoever which caused living next to them an unpleasant experience. In no way does that reflect Redwood, in fact Holly from the leasing office made us feel way better about the situation and always seemed to give peace of mind when “issues” arose. Thank you Redwood Marysville!
