HI FI YOGA

Amazing welcoming place! So clean too! You can tell the pride they have for this business & bringing yoga teachings into your life. The atmosphere is really slick! I love the way the atmosphere makes you feel. The instructors…TOP notch! They are so friendly & helpful and they greet you by name, with a smile every time you walk through the door. I absolutely love everything about this place! No matter your age, body type, physicality…. They will welcome you & help you every step of the way, and they’ll make sure you have fun!

I have absolutely loved every single class I've gone to at HI FI yoga. If you're looking for someplace fun and intense (and very technically informed), this place is for you! Don't get me wrong, I love my deep meditative yoga with calm music, but sometimes I just want have fun with yoga and HI FI has been the answer (and more). I love the heat, that it's dark, and that there's no mirrors (at least in the room of the classes I've gone - this helps me better focus on what *my* body needs on a given day rather than the people around me). It is definitely on the "more difficult" end of the spectrum (even the beginner classes - so I probably wouldn't bring a friend who's never done yoga before), but every instructor I've had is eager to help and able to assist/answer questions. They've helped break down poses I've not known how to even approach and I can feel/see the difference - it's amazing! This studio is very creative in their sequencing, people are extremely friendly, and it's a very clean environment. I haven't yet tried their aerial classes, but I can't wait to try. In the mean time, I'm excited to continue deepening my yoga practice there and highly recommend HI FI!

I purchased the two-week trial membership and have been trying out many different classes (ranging from high intensity Hot Power Yoga to the very calming and relaxing Hi Fi Yin... and everything in between!) to see what works best for me. All of the instructors have been amazing! Personally, the Warm Beginner Yoga with Wendy seems to be the best fit for me at the moment; even though I'm not a true beginner, it has been a great class for easing back into the practice and building strength and confidence with the poses.

HI FI YOGA is the best! After doing tons of research and looking for the best place to attend my first yoga class, I’m so happy I stumbled upon this studio. From the moment I walked through the door, I was instantly greeted with love by the staff and members. Everyone made me feel so welcome which was a huge difference from anywhere I’ve ever been. Scheduling my classes online is easy and simple. I love that the studio is dark with cosmos lighting and the instructors always play the best music! The atmosphere is unlike any other. I seriously cannot recommend this yoga studio enough! The 14 day trial is well worth it and you seriously won’t regret it. I am an official member now and can easily say it’s the best investment I’ve ever made. ♥️

I've been going to Hi Fi Yoga for 1 year. I had never done yoga before, but I was instantly hooked. Every teacher here is truly gifted and brings something different to my practice. I love the role music plays in their class and the lights are low so I can focus on my workout vs. others in front of me. The diversity of classes offered means I am still learning new things about yoga every week. I just signed up for another year and I highly recommend this studio!
