Second time bringing my son here and no tears, no pain, excellent staff

Great experience! My one year old needed quite a bit of blood work to check for some things. They were very patient and sweet to him. I was stressed it was going to be a traumatic experience but they did great at helping keep him calm and getting the blood draw done in a timely manner without hurting him.

I have been getting my blood drawn here for several years now. I choose this lab every time because of the staff. There is nothing I hate more than having blood drawn, needles and blood make me super uncomfortable and sick to my stomach. I'm not discrete about that at all and I always appreciate how they talk to me and ask me questions the whole time to keep me distracted.

Yesterday when I went, I made an appointment for the first time. I was in and out really quick but there was also nobody waiting in front of me either so I'm not sure about how big of a difference that option actually makes. The times I didn't make an appointment though, I didn't ever have to wait for an unrealistic amount of time.

Have brought my children here for yearly routine bloodwork and it has always been clean and the people have been attentive. Some days we did have a bit of a wait but that depended on how many people we had ahead. We go in early and expect that. But it’s never been excessive!
