(October 17, 2020, 11:37 pm)After a questionable stay in Shreveport, this hotel made up for it. As you can see in the pictures it has been updated most recently. The grey and blue carpets are so much nicer than the lime green accents in the carpets from 2-3 years ago updates. Charlotte was extremely nice and helpful. She immediately understood just how bad the Shreveport hotel was and took the time to listen and commiserate. She definitely went above and beyond expectations. Spending under 100 for a double queen executive made this a hidden gem with staying at anytime your in the area.
