(January 13, 2023, 4:21 pm)Okie dokie. When I rate a mom n pop the stars are based on just that..this is by no means a Hilton lol. First the bad water didn't get very hot and like prior reviews the owners a wee bit paranoid about people slipping people in and likely with reason..gotta just do what you can and be happy:). Good things..owner was decent enough to us and guys the room was clean things worked except needing a hot water heater the guy didn't try to price gouge and in fact lower by 5 bucks what he wanted..it's a mom n pop guys and a decent one:)
