    I took my vehicle to Landers to diagnose a road noise problem. I dropped it of at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday and was told they might be able to look at it in 2 days (Friday). I then suggested maybe I should bring it back on Friday so I wouldn't be without a vehicle for 2 days. I was told that I would have to re-enter the cue on Friday if I did that. With no other option, I left my truck there. On Friday I was told that it would probably be Monday before they could look at it. That was not an option for me so your associate got someone to look at my truck and determined the tires just needed to be rotated. The work was done within the hour. While I appreciate the speedy fix, leaving me without a vehicle for 2 days for a simple tire rotation that was diagnosed in about 10 minutes is not good service. And had I not pressed for a more expedited diagnosis, I would have would have spent 5 days without a vehicle for a tire rotation. Give customers a spot in line when they call the service department without needlessly keeping their vehicle for days on end. When their spot is coming up, let them know and if they miss their window, so be it. This is a terrible way to run a service department.

    Had a great experience working with Waylon purchasing a new Chevy Tahoe! He was very patient, informative, and helpful all the way through the process. Even after the sell he helped me clean out my trade in G8 and load all of my personal belongings into my new vehicle after hours. Any questions, issues, or concerns I've had he has responded to my calls quickly. I want to say thank you to Waylon! Highly recommend anyone looking for a new or used car to ask for him as your sales guy.

    Our salesman was excellent (Go Kyle!!) Would have given 5 stars, but we left the lot with only a half tank of gas...I have spent far less at other dealerships, and ALWAYS leave with a full tank of gas. Also, at some point, someone smoked in the vehicle, as a non smoker, it is painfully obvious! Will I shop with them again, most likely, will I contact Landers Chevrolet and voice my concerns? Yes, yes I will.

    I went to their Website to check pricing and noticed I could book a service appointment online. It was a quick process and very user friendly. Then, best of all, I had the option to drop off my vehicle or have someone come pick it up and then bring it back to me when they’re done. Wow!!! I chose this option. A representative from the dealership (dressed in clean professional clothes and wearing a mask) called me when he arrived at my house. About an hour later I received a text from a service specialist that detailed the work done, any recommendations, and a link to pay for the service. Right after I paid my vehicle was back home within 15 minutes. I will never consider going anywhere else! This was by far the best car service experience I’ve ever had!!!!
