Everyone in the office is very friendly. Dr. Thomas took her time and explained things to me that no one has done in the past.

I bought reading glasses and driving glasses. I was told I had a very small and narrow face and was asked if I minded trying children’s frames. I didn’t mind and what a difference the fit made! I have worn glasses for over 29 years and have never been told this.

They are wonderful. I was out of my contacts. Just used my last pair. I used their easy online ordering system that took maybe 3min. I don’t wear my glasses on a daily basis and they were bothering me with headaches but I didn’t think my contacts would getting here before the weekend so I called them and asked if they could give me temporaries and they had them ready in less than an hour! So grateful and the staff is wonderful! Highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone from the front desk to the back was so nice and friendly! I'm a diabetic, and this was the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had! Highly recommended!

Between the check-in, the appointment, and the frame selection, everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Even if it was inconvenient, every single person went above and beyond (answering all of my questions, spending extra time to get great photos of my eyes, etc.) to make our experience fantastic. We will 100% keep Innovative as our eye care location.
