Confused by some of the bad reviews here-I’ve been seeing Dr. Lowe for over 5 years at least and have never had any issues. The doctor herself is friendly and remembers personal details (or at least bothers to read her patient notes before she walks in) and I’ve never felt overly rushed. She’s not sticky sweet so I guess I could theoretically see some people thinking she’s curt but I prefer that. Only “complaint” is that it can be hard to get in with the doctor but the wait for a PA is only a couple of weeks at most in my experience so if you really need something, you can get seen. It’s also very easy to call and reach someone for med refills and making appts. I’m a perfectly happy patient!
Dr. Lowe is wonderful... she is kind, empathetic and very knowledgeable! She has excellent bedside manner. You may have to wait quite awhile to get in as a new patient, but she is absolutely worth it. Her staff is excellent too! So glad we found her!
I love Dr. Lowe!!! She is very professional and I never have to wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes!!! She always stops to ask if I have any concerns and when she saw something that concerned her the next week she scheduled me to have them removed and sent for biopsy... my whole family sees her and are all impressed!
I meet with Lauren , the PA, and she was terrific. I had a morning appointment and there was no wait. Both the receptionists and initial technician that gathered some preliminary info were personable and professional. I waited only a few minutes for Lauren to come in and she listened, asked questions, and then discussed with me the issue, treatment options, and how to identify triggers for issue. I asked multiple questions, which she patiently answered. I found her to be a very genuine person; she knows her profession and has a wonderfully pleasant demeanor. I am very happy with the care that was provided.
Dr. Lowe was great! She provided very thorough explanations of what was going on with my skin and it felt like she was really listening to what I had to say. I was also able to get in exactly one week from when my PCP made the referral. Highly recommended if someone is in search of a dermatologist.
