Today, I went in their store to buy a couple of new pool sticks. Jay was extremely knowledgeable (along with the other guys as well) and courteous. He was very helpful and patient with a novice like myself. He "dumbed" everything down for me and explained what and why. Thanks for the great sticks and great service!!
