John was very knowledgeable. He continued to dig until he found every possible solution. Prices were very reasonable. Great communication and updates.
I've came here 4 times or so over the last 5 years. Prices are always extremely reasonable and the turnaround time is quick. As someone else said, it's a computer repair shop (hardware, software, boot issues), not a parts store.

Although the store was difficult to find, the owner was wonderful. Not only did he find a computer part to help me, but he also chatted with me like a friend.
One thing to note though .... this is more of a computer repair shop not a computer parts supply. It is hidden directly beside a chiropractor office.
