The coaches at are amaazziiiing! they guide you and push you in the best possible way. The staff is super friendly and high energy! Overall a very positive and energetic environment, I love working out here :)

The place in town to work out! Carleen is an amazing coach and athlete and has created a fabulous gym! We have every type of equipment we need and any level of fitness can join in. The atmosphere is fun and supportive with a great push when we need it. I love it!

I have been a long time member of Crossfit St. Helens and I could not be happier. I have met some amazing people that share the same passion as I do when it comes to promoting health and well-being. The coaches take great pride on teaching the correct techniques and always encouraging me to take my fitness to the highest level. I will continue my fitness journey at Crossfit St. Helens!!!!

I love this gym! I was so nervous on my first day, but all the members are so welcoming, encouraging, and inspiring! The community atmosphere is exactly what I was looking for. Carleen is such an amazing coach! Everyday, Carleen helps me prove to myself that I am capable of far more than I think I am!

My mom and I have been part of Crossfit St.Helens for over 4 years, and there is nothing negative to say about it!! Every coach we've had we love and we love the community!! Everyone is so welcoming and loves having new people join! Having Carleen Mathews as a coach doesn't get any better either so go check it out!
