I’m currently doing pricing recon.
My old balcony carpet will need to go, as the complex did it’s biannual pressure wash of the building and it has been so wet and rainy that the carpet started to smell of mildew … well Tanner came over and answered all my questions and steered me in the direction of some great bargains. I got my sample for reference and will be back to get my carpet in a couple of days 😁

We were looking for a stair runner, and after reading Matt Roller’s review, I put this place on my list of places to check. The quote here was better than the other places I looked, and the customer service (working with Rich) was fantastic. They also have an excellent installer who did a fantastic job. We’re very happy with the end result and will keep Carpet Outlet at the top of our list when shopping for carpet in the future. Highly recommend.

After for shopping around for a stair runner, the arrogance and pricing were all over the board.
The last place I checked out was Carpet Outlet, working with Rich, an upbeat, positive, and genuine person.
Although they were obviously busy with much larger orders, they gave me the time and attention I needed, letting me take samples home and answering all questions. I placed the order; the installer was on time, respectful, and professional.
Although there was an issue, with the placement of the landing piece, they came back made it right with no hassle whatsoever, not to mention their pricing was better than anyone else’s, by far.
Without question, I would have these guys out again and would recommend them or any carpet job you’re considering.
