Kip's Hardwood Flooring Inc.

I'm thrilled with Kip's Hardwood. This is the second job he's done at our 1911 historical foursquare. We're in the middle of a full renovation that's taking 2 years, and I've had too many experiences to count with other contractors who bail, go MIA, or that follow-through/communication is a nightmare. KIP'S HARDWOOD FLOORING IS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR! I would highly recommend Kip's, and I only reserve my recommendations for the best. My floors look immaculate, the crew showed up on time, and on the week we had agreed on, the bid was fair, and Kip's even so kind to come back to patch a gash that my (lovely) husband put into our master closet floor, which had been done several months ago. Thank you, Kip!

I have had Kip do at least 10 different jobs. He professional and does excellent work. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

Awesome job. Floors were installed 17 years ago and hammered from use in a rental. They look better than they did when they were first installed. I would recommend to give him a call. Timely and easy to work with.

Kip and his guys recently refinished our hardwood floors. They were installed in the 80's and had never been done, so they were in bad shape- really yellowish, stained and scuffed up. The finish was completely gone in a couple spots.

The job only took about 3-4 days and they were really great about masking off the cabinets and other rooms to keep the dust from getting all over. I couldn't be happier! The floor looks AMAZING. They seriously look like brand-spanking new floors!

There was a tiny thing with the scheduling, but that sort of thing can be tricky for someone who is fairly new in the construction business so I'm sure he'll get that worked out.

Bottom line: Highly recommend. Excellent workmanship, easy to work with, and a fair price.
