I received a recommendation from my son a sports medicine doctor after he heard that my knee was bone on bone. He said Dad you need to come up here and see Dr. DaSilva at Rebound. It is 6 +hour drive from Klamath Falls, Oregon.
From the first visit Dr. DaSilva spent time reviewing my X-rays, giving me options along with taking additional X-rays. My wife and I were comfortable and knowledgeable in our decision to have a full knee replacement. Dr. DaSilva even brought in a new knee to show us what would happen.
The staff was gracious and helped coordinate the additional office appointments both at Rebound and the hospital. Along with the joint class that was mandatory before surgery. I was able with their help to schedule the week before surgery so we only had one trip up before surgery.
Surgery day was effortless for us. Dr. DaSilva and others met with us and continued to visit everyday I was hospitalized.
The staff at Rebound checked in on me after we drove back home to answer any questions I may have.
I can not begin to explain how satisfied I am with my outcome after surgery. I was basically pain free enough on day 6 to stop pain killers.
When my other knee goes out I will not hesitate to go to Dr. DaSilva and Rebound orthopedics.
I highly recommend both.
Dr. Jerome DaSilva and his Rebound team are the best. My left knee was a complete wreck as I had put off total knee surgery for too long. 8 weeks after my total knee surgery by Dr. DaSilva and his team I was released from office work with no restrictions. I have been working back in the field since and at 16 weeks am doing things I haven't done for years with no pain. I have actually been pain free since week 8.
Do not put off total knee surgery too long as I did and put your knee in the hands of Dr. DaSilva and his team

Dr. DaSilva was very kind and it’s obvious he has vast experience with school athletic players. My daughter was comfortable with him and his treatment plan. We will only go to Rebound for her knee issues. They’re simply the best.
Probably the most thorough and well listened to exam I’ve ever had. Very knowledgeable and realistic with his approach. Very pleased with my visit.
