As someone who knows nothing about cars, it can be intimidating to find a repair shop. Even after his brief analysis made it clear that it wouldn’t make financial sense to do the body work I would’ve needed, he still patiently made sure all my questions were answered before I went on my way. I will definitely come here in the future should the need arise!

I have never had a new car in life before and it was devastating to have it hit by a delivery vehicle while parked, I am thankful for the restoration west hills did for my vehicle and recommend them to those in need.

Also, my car looks great...they even vacuumed it after the repair! Will definitely go back if I ever need any auto work done. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

(September 1, 2021, 8:08 pm)They provided excellent and friendly service after we were blown off by multiple other businesses that were "too busy" or weren't interested in a small job (replacing the driver's side door handle - a small job for them that fixes a major inconvenience for us). They ordered the part immediately, notified us as soon as it was in, took the car right away and it was done by lunch, all for an excellent price. They even returned the car freshly washed! As much as I hope I don't need more body work in the future, I would happily give them my business again.

With 2 teenage drivers our poor Subaru Outback has endured plenty of major dents and minor wrecks. Billy Wu and his team have taken great care of us each time and always provide a high level of service and make the insurance process easy. I highly recommend West Hills Collision Center to any driver in Portland.
