  In 2006 we were introduced to Toni through friends who had moved to the area and who had worked with her finding a home while relocating from another state. We were interested in relocating as well, and Toni kindly offered her services to help us get an understanding of the different living locations in the city. She’s great at giving you the broad view of the market, narrowing the options to homes and regions she thinks might fit where you’d like to live. We never felt a sense of expectation from her. In retrospect it is because she cared about the relationship she was developing with us. Within a week we had found a place, wanted to put in an offer, and had decided to move. But she took the time to make sure we had thought it all through. She re-consulted with us before we made a solid offer to confirm that we were not making a snap decision. I can’t imagine anyone in this field who’d take the extra step to make sure we felt right about thing before proceeding. This type of personal focus is what you get when you work with Toni. We’ve since sold that house and moved to another location in Portland, brokered by Toni once again, so that’s two for two. Our memories of that first house are fond ones, and we now love the one we have lived in for the past 8 years even more. It’s very hard to describe the kind of relationship you might have with a realtor, but to us, the very best experience we could have had was one with a personal touch.

  There are so many things I can say about how fantastic Toni is. Here are three traits that she truly excels at, which puts her apart from most real estate agents:
  Experience: she's been in the community for a long time - she's well known and HIGHLY respected. While we were in escrow we had several people go out of our way to let us know that Toni is excellent and we were in really good hands. She knows Portland really well and she understands the market and trends. Whether it's for an investment property or your dream home, she is an amazing resource.
  Integrity: Toni treats you like a real person, she doesn't waste you time and she doesn't push. You never feel like she's a saleswoman, but rather someone that understands what you want and helps you get it. She's realistic and authentic.
  Advocate: She works **really** hard for her clients. She's always available and will drop whatever she's doing to answer the phone, email, etc. She goes out of her way to make sure you know what's going on and what the next steps are. She fights for her clients to ensure they are getting the best.
  I could go on and on... Toni is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her!

  Toni and Blue Bird helped us find the perfect home at the right price. Back then we didn't have a car and found it difficult to travel around the city to see homes, so Toni would go out of her way and come pick us up several times a week to take us to viewings. Shes awesome, and not like, just good-at-her-job-awesome, shes also a genuine pleasure to be around.
  
  We fully intend to use this amazing company in the future when we sell.

  Toni is amazing. We have purchased two homes with her help and have recommended her to countless friends who have also bought homes with her help. Our first house in Portland was a unique purchase, my husband was actually out of town when she and I looked at it and he was so trusting of her advice and recommendations that we put an offer in before he even saw it. We lived there for four years and she helped us sell it. We are now living in our dream house, likely because of her. There was another offer on the house, but the seller's realtor had heard of Toni, her reputation preceded her, and decided to go with us because Toni was so trustworthy, reliable and excellent at coaching her clients through the negotiation process. I cannot recommend her enough!

  Toni is amazing! We could not have been in better hands when we sold our first house and bought the house we live in now. She was able to guide us in preparing our home for sale and was able to sell it quickly for a price that worked for us. She negotiated the opportunity for us to rent back the house for extra time so that we had enough time to find our next house and get through that process with out having to find temporary lodging.
  She is always very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and comforting. She makes friends of her clients and we are so happy to know her.
  We have no plans to move from this house in the foreseeable future, but I"m still thrilled to stay in contact with Toni because she's such a wonderful person.
  We have happily referred her to anyone we know who is looking for a realtor and she has helped two siblings and a good friend with their home sales and purchases based on our referrals. Those friends and family members love her too.
  There are not enough good things in the world to say about Toni. She's the best. I would feel 100% confident in trusting her.
