  Great studio! Format is completely adaptable to your fitness level and limitations. Complete body workout focusing on strength, mobility and toning. Classes are efficient. Instructors are knowledgeable and atmosphere of studio completely focused on body work. My only regret is I didn’t discover IMX Pilates sooner! I will be recommending this studio to my own patients, especially those ladies with pelvic floor issues.

  I have been going to IMX for the last 2 years and absolutely love it. Nancy is an incredibly experienced instructor, constantly educating you about your muscles, stability, and how to best strengthen your body. They utilize a wide variety of equipment, and make many adjustments based off of your own physique.

  I look forward to my Friday evening session at IMX Pilates Bethany. It’s the perfect way to wash away the work week and kickoff the weekend of self care. Plus, it just feels so good!
  
  Bonus: It has helped my double frozen shoulder injury immensely.

  I am not a fitness minded person, honestly I actively dislike working out. But pilates with Nancy is one of the things I look forward to all week long! The studio is welcoming and super clean, and every lesson is different. I love that I can set my own level of difficulty, and Nancy is amazing about offering modifications to fit your fitness, mobility, or recovery needs. I'm prepping for my wedding next year, and pilates is the one workout that I enjoy enough to stick with!

  This was my first time trying any type of Pilates and my first time doing any type of organized exercise in over 10 years. After having 2 babies in the span of a few short years I’ve felt extremely exhausted 24/7 and unmotivated to exercise.
  
  My first visit went well and I was intrigued, especially by the “reformer” machine. It made exercise feel fun with the different positions and resistances available. Most of the All Levels classes I’ve taken so far use the reformer for most of the class and I love that. Sometimes there are one or two who use mat or other types of positioning and I don’t care for those as I’m here to use the machine. I’m hoping that as I take more classes, the preferred reformer work outweighs the other.
  
  Instructors have been pretty varied in their teaching styles, personalities, and class rhythms but all I’ve tried so far are relatively friendly and helpful.
  
  Classes are mainly in mornings and evenings but they just added a lunch session. I hope they add more afternoon sessions (3pm!)as I’d love to come in while my kids are napping to make use of that time.
  
  As someone who is a bit of a germaphobe which has been exacerbated by Covid, I felt satisfied with the cleanliness of the studio. There are air filters and all machines are wiped down by each student with Clorox wipes each session. Another nice touch by owner Phong is the holiday decor in the form of balloon garlands. Nicely done and classy looking — at a studio like this, a more luxury feeling is appreciated. I hope he does some beautiful decor for Lunar New Year!
