  I didn't know about public adjusters. I googled after talking with some friends. Joe asked for a smaller percent over two other adjusters and Joe was always there when I needed him. So go to Joe when you need help

  My husband and I experienced a devastating catastrophe from a 5 ton tree falling on our home and Mr. Panzarella told us about the possible recoveries, we could get. Quite frankly, I did not believe him; however, he delivered and we were made whole. He's amazing! Do yourself a favor and get him, follow his directions and believe him. Thank you, Joe.

  I recently had a major loss due to a water heater malfunction in my basement that virtually ruined everything in my basement cave. i had just completed the finishing touches from a year long renovation and sure enough my water heater blows, discharging more water than you ever could imagine.I contacted my insurance carrier and although initially responsive, things came to almost a complete standstill when I had three contractors give me estimates. The highest estimate was $33,000 and the lowest came in at 23,500. Claims examiner for my insurance company cuts me a check for $7,500. I'm not terrific at math but even I could see I was going to be a little short on funds. So after repeated attempts on my part to contact claims guy assigned to my case I could never get him on phone, or to even return my calls. So I contacted Joe from Panzarella Public Adjusters and he came out the very day I called him and right away I could see this gentleman knew what he was talking about. He assumed total control with my blessing as I was at my wits end. In no time at all Joe came to me and said I would be receiving not just the remaining funds I had calculated I was owed, but quite a bit extra from a few items the insurance company claims rep. had failed to include. The additional funds more than made up for the very reasonable fees Joe had earned. So please do yourself a favor and as soon as you discover you've suffered a covered loss, don't hesitate call Joe. Don't just hope your insurance company plays fair. News flash, next time they play fair, will be the first time they played fair! I waited and suffered with all the stress these insurance companies put you under. It's all part of their game. The average person is not equipped to battle them head to head. If you want to receive what is rightfully yours then contact Joe. He is more than capable to take on the big insurance companies. I am 100% certain he's the best in the business!

  We recently noticed some home damage that needed repair (that we thought the homeowners insurance should certainly pay for). We googled local public adjusters and Joe's name was the only one that popped up. He came to assess our damage and gave us his professional opinion in the matter and that we did indeed have a case. He did his work-up and submitted to the insurance company. When insurance adjuster came out, he agreed with everything Joe had found!! He and his wife are so very nice and treat you like family. He makes himself readily accessible and is eager to educate us on every step of the process. A very pleasurable experience all the way around!! We are so blessed to have found him to help us!
