In my experience with them, both in person and over the phone, they’ve always been willing and able to answer all my questions. Even when it came to issues not directly relating to the insurance policy, they were willing to offer suggestions along the way.

When I inquired about switching to Erie insurance I was matched with Kirby as my insurance agent. From the start Kirby took time to go over my policy in detail and explain all my coverage options. Kirby helped me customized a policy that fit all my requirements. A few months later Kirby help me add my husband on to my policy and now he is helping me with home insurance. Kirby is very professional as well as extremely knowledgeable. I am so grateful to work with Kirby; he has been great and very responsive to my emails and phone calls. Thank you for making this process easy and enjoyable, I can’t recommend Kirby and Erie Insurance enough!
