  I.M. Contracting, Ltd was contracted to repair my finished basement that had water damage from ceiling to floor. From the very beginning, prior to work starting, communication was open, processes were explained and timelines were given. When the work began, the workers were pure professionals, on time, courteous and super friendly. Everything was explained along the way. The work was done promptly, above and beyond my expectations. They treated my home as if it was their own. Upon completion, they took the time to clean up and make sure my basement looked better than it had before any of this happened. To say the least, I am very pleased with the job they did and would highly recommend I.M. Contracting, Ltd for any contracting work.

  We hired I.M. Contracting for our basement remodel. It was great to work with their team of professionals and see our project come to life. They were extremely upfront and transparent in regards to cost and timing. They were always available to answer any questions we had and worked with us to make decisions and alterations throughout the entire project. We couldn’t possibly say enough good things about the quality of work and attention to detail. Both Ian and Jack in particular were a pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations on many levels in regards to their knowledge and integrity. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

  Even though our job was small; I could not say enough about the planning, discussion, attention to detail, execution, and end result. They made our vision come to light. I have recommended them and will use them again in the future for any projects that arise.

  By far, one of the best contractors I’ve ever worked with. After some bad experiences, IM came in and corrected previous problems at my old house. While replacing a window in the kitchen, they noticed severe wood rot which required more work than expected. While rebuilding the opening (and shoring up the second floor), I was able to use the kitchen every night since they cleaned up each day before they left. When I moved, I had them do a whole house remodel including windows, sliders, flooring and bathrooms and they did a beautiful job. I am happy to refer friends and family knowing the job will be done efficiently and beautifully.

  IM added crown molding to our kitchen cabinets and it looks amazing! Ian was professional and responsive from start to finish. He really cares about his work and customer satisfaction.
