I went to Sussman Hyundai in Willow Grove PA and had the pleasure of working with Charles Jackson! I was stuck there most of the day because of my own issues but he stayed with us the entire time! He was very patient and it was refreshing working with someone who wanted to make the process easier for us and someone willing to work with what we wanted. I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and definitely would tell them to look for Charles when they go in.

(December 12, 2018, 12:23 pm)Went to test drive a car and we were greeted by a very nice person when we arrived. There was no waiting around to talk to a.sales person and when we did he was very good. He was very informative, patient and friendly. No high pressure sales tactics which is nice.
