  Everyone was very positive and friendly. They took care of everything and made it easy. I would recommend Sussman if you are looking for a car.

  I was hesitant to take my car to the dealership for repairs. I previously went to a different Kia dealership and did not have a very positive experience, they didn’t speak to me about my car they directed everything to my male friend who was there to drive me home. But when the malfunction light came on that morning I knew a dealership was the best place. I was able to get an appointment first thing that morning. As soon as I pulled in I was great with a smile and a good morning, how are you this morning. I dealt with Terry who was so respectful. He asked me what had happened and explained the process to me in detail. Asked if I wanted to wait there or if I needed a ride home. Called me an hour later to explain what needed to be corrected, the cost and that unfortunately the part would not be in until the next day. The following day I got a call early afternoon letting me know my car was ready. I explained my daughter would be picking it up and she was greeted with the same genuine kindness and respect. Can not say enough about the great experience.

  I was more than pleasantly surprised with the warm, courteous and professional service I received. Everyone was friendly and helpful. What made it even nicer, was the fact that I was not a paying customer, but came in for some recommend safety services at KIA expense!
  
  I will certainly be using them in the future for service needs, and highly recommend them to all!
