Dr. Lamb is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. I came here at the recommendation of my fertility doctor after I became pregnant with twins in 2013. The prenatal care I received was excellent, all of my questions were answered, and I was referred to a perinatologist early on for additional prenatal care. I had an adverse pregnancy outcome (loss of both twins). Dr. Lamb was very compassionate and kind during a very difficult situation. There wasn't anything that could have prevented the loss, but the kindness of the doctors and staff helped us during a period of monumental sorrow.
Scheduling: Kind of a pain to schedule over the phone, but it isn't hard to get an appointment
Wait times: always short for me
Bedside Manner: Excellent
Billing: No complaints that I can recall...
Front Desk Staff: Sometimes disorganized. Hard to get a human being on the phone, usually have to wait for a call-back (although they usually didn't take too long)
Favorite thing: Small office with a lot of one-on-one care. Dr. Lamb was patient and answered questions fully. Very dedicated doctor who cares about patient's well-being.
