  They did a EXCELLENT job on my Rogue and the cleaned the inside and out for me. This is the BEST place I ever had work done on any car I ever owned and need body work done to it..THE BEST IN PHILLY....

  The customer service at this shop was beyond what I expected, even with the great reviews. The manager, Dean, was transparent about the whole process and the estimated time frame. They worked out the details for me with the insurance company, and made sure that I was updated via email on the status of the repair. My car looked amazing (they replaced and painted my fender after being involved in an accident), and on top of that they washed and cleaned my car inside and out. They even touched up the paint on a small part of my car door that was rusting out at no additional cost! Wow, now that's going above and beyond! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their vehicle.

  I wish I could give more than a 5 star review - I absolutely recommend! I had never been in a situation like this before with my car and didn't know where to even begin. What started as a horrible experience for me (because my car was completely damaged in an accident) was turned completely 180 to a very positive experience because of the team at DeGovanni.
  
  1. Thank you to Melissa at the desk, she was so nice! She completely tolerated my 800 phone calls and emails, answered all my questions and listened to any concerns I had along the way.
  2. Thank you to Dean (not sure his exact title but Manager/Administration of kind), great customer service! Walked me through everything that was done with my car and why, and made sure the car was clean and in perfect condition top to bottom before I left.
  3. I also want to add that I loved their email system. In the technology world now we all want instant gratification and instant results ... I think I received an email from them every single day letting me know initially my target date for pick up and every day thereafter that we were still on target. That was so important to me to know where we were at in the process, and when of course I could get my car back.
  4. Also, my car finished a head of schedule by 3 entire days which was amazing to have it sooner than planned. For the extensive amount of damage on my car, my keys were back in my hands in 2 weeks flat.
  
  Overall, my car is fixed (better than new) and the team completely put my mind at ease and ensured I was 100% satisfied with the outcome and comfortable with my car.
