(March 27, 2019, 10:21 am)Dr. Ralph’s Automotive Service Center is a family owned business that makes you feel like you are part of the family. From the minute the car was dropped off until the time it was picked up we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
My husband hit a deer and caused some damage to his car. He decided to take it to Dr. Ralph’s to get it looked at. Franco was very friendly and tentative and actually found things wrong we didn’t notice. My husband called the insurance company and handed over the keys and got a rental from Enterprise. He felt like he was in good hands, and he was. The work took a little over a week, but Rich made it worth it. My husband got his car back looking like he just drove it off the lot. It even smelled like a brand new car. They even washed and vacuumed it.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Ralph’s to everyone and if anything were to happen to either of our cars again, Dr. Ralph’s would be the place we take it. Hands down! Thank you Dr. Ralph’s for the amazing service and making the whole process quick and painless. -

They we're the easiest part of my recent insurance claim. They certainly didn't let any insurance company estimate drama spill into how they handled my Freestyle.
