This place is perfect. How do I know? I was a World Medalist in the sport of Weightlifting. I’ve been to dozens of gyms all over the country and world. I love writing about them. This gym has everything you need to get strong l. Whether you’re a weightlifter, tram sport athlete, individual athlete or an average Joe/Jane trying to get fit, this place is great. This is not a globo gym with hundreds of machines. This place gas platforms, bumper plates, barbells, tires, wrestling mats, climbing wall, ropes, sprinting turf. Every true strength implement you could imagine. Absolutely excellent place to get athletic.

Price: very good! You won’t find a gym like this around with prices like these. Very fair and worth it.

Times; unlike CrossFit or other gyms, this place is actually open all day.

Improvements: needs a shower or small changing area beside the bathroom.

Recommend? Heck yes! I’m from out of town, but If I lived anywhere close, I’d definitely be coming to this gym.

I've been a member here for almost a month and I really enjoy it so far. They have a great vibe. Everyone is friendly and makes the effort to introduce themselves to make you feel welcome. I've been to a lot a CrossFit and/or functional fitness type outfits and I think what makes Snyder's a great place is Tyler and Zack. Both are genuine dudes. Kids are always around and that makes for a positive atmosphere. Of course it helps that there aren't any knuckleheads! Lots of local teen athletes come there to work out--swimmers, wrestlers, softball players, etc. The equipment is nice too. They have platforms for Oly work and a large rig. The programming has been varied and focused on metabolic conditioning using circuits. They have some strength training programmed on Wednesdays and a barbell class on Saturdays. The classes are well-attended. If you're looking for a place to get fit in a positive and fun environment, give 'em a try.
