  We have had a wonderful experience with La Canada KinderCare. My two year old had never really been away from me as I am a stay at home parent, the staff at KinderCare worked so patiently with him to give him the attention he needs while he made the tough transition. He now loves school and gets so excited to go! My 1 year old is also now at kindercare and has been doing wonderfully.

  Aimee Durant and all the staff are awesome. My son was having a challenging time while enrolled however Aimee and staff help me along the way. Provided me with programs that we are continuing today. I really appreciate the time spent with my son. They are awesome , patient and very understanding. I love the staff and I wish my son could have continue his learning with them.

  The entire staff at this La Canada Kindercare are nothing less than amazing people. I cannot give greater praise for Cathy and all of her teachers there. Amy (and others) is one that son mentions often. He loves his friends there too. He learns so much- about phonetics, caring, sharing, and so much more. My son is in great care here, as are all of the kids. They all come out bouncing and happy when picked up, happy to share what they learned. Very clean, healthy foods, and enriching programs (learning, reading, painting, drawing, tactile development, etc) caring staff.

  My 4 yr old tells me she loves her school and teachers. And we do to! She is in their phonics program. She recognizes letters more often now and can spell her name! The staff is very caring. I also get updates about her day, pictures of what they are doing and also when and what she eats throughout the day.

  I was very scared to have to put my 2yo in a day care center. I looked at multiple centers and chose KinderCare and I am so glad I did. I have not had any issues. My son loves it. My absolute favorite thing is that I get updates throughout the day on what he is doing. It makes me feel great to be able to know he is safe and having fun! Thank you KinderCare.

  Oh my gosh!!!! Every time I leave a reformer class at Swell or a private , I think to myself , I LOVE SWELL! It is my favorite place and with all the new equipment it is only getting better each time . Thank you Allyn Hinton the best Pilates studio ever!

  I love Swell Studio! I started out with group classes. Classes are fun and challenging and all of the instructors are fantastic. I recently began private instruction with Allyn mainly to address muscle imbalances in my neck and back that were causing pain and problems for me. Under Allyn’s instruction, I have improved my form and retrained the muscles in my neck and back to the point that my pain is mostly resolved. I am stronger, especially through my core, my posture has improved and I feel really great. I am a true believer in Pilates as a form of exercise and mind/body connection. Allyn is an amazing instructor who really knows her stuff and has helped me tremendously!

  I started reformer pilates at Swell Studio 2 years ago and it has truly changed me physically. The instructors are knowledgeable and challenging and got my body post baby #3 in the best shape. They also hand held me through a herniated disc in my low back as my Orthopedic Surgeon encouraged me to continue with the Pilates. Thank you Swell!

  I had a fantastic experience at Swell. The studio was immaculate and the equipment was top notch. I highly recommend Swell to anyone wanting to try Pilates for the first time or for veterans looking for a new studio.

  Amazing experience! All of the instructors are great, and the workout is awesome. Plus, it has such a fun atmosphere! Love this place and highly recommend it. It is definitely a must do in Nashville!
