Serenity Holistic Touch

Took a sound therapy class today. I went in feeling drained and tired with a terrible migraine. When the beautiful sounds of the bowls and gong were complete I was full of energy and felt so much better. I highly recommend this!

I went to Lisa with some friends for a private sound healing treatment. We were all blown away by the experience! Lisa’s techniques and knowledge of her instruments were incredible, you would never guess that it’s just her making all the sounds. The energy and space she has cultivated are so serene and peaceful, it made for a very transcendent and powerful session.
