It was very clean and sanitary. Surprisingly warm and cozier feeling than most “health” centers. Staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Super IMPRESSED!!! From the initial phone calls with nurses to go over my 2yr old son's tube/adenoid surgery to the actual surgery day (this morning), this team was wonderful! They were friendly, and very patient/thorough about any questions I had. I really appreciated the texts in the days leading up to today with reminders, directions, etc, and also, the calls I got updating me during my son's procedure. They called after he went under to let me know how that part went and right after surgery, Dr Lee called to go over it all. Overall very happy! Easy to get to (street to the left of Lowes in Gallatin) and clean facility, etc.

No problems with this outpatient surgery center. Used in 2007 for a child. Used again approx 2014 and most recently, last week, both for adults. The post-op recovery RN for Dr Lee on 9/12 was awesome. I think her name was Ashley.
