Thus far I’ve had the privilege of living at Vintage Tollgate for 2.5 years. I’ve gotten to know the women who work in the leasing office, and they are all complete professionals (and so kind!). There is little turnover here among the residents, and neighbors have become dear friends. The floor plans are spacious and well designed, which allows you to maximize your square footage. This is a luxurious apartment complex. You could easily pay an additional $400 to $500 per month in a comparable building within Nashville city limits. I just moved to the area from out of state and I am so happy that I decided to lease with Vintage Tollgate! The community is very well managed, super clean, and I feel very safe. Also - there is no breed or weight restrictions for dogs so I was able to bring my fur baby as well! :) I would highly recommend to anyone looking to move to Williamson County.
